Title: Sunshine Tree Orange Topping for Cheesecake

Yield: 2 Cups

2	c	Orange juice
1/2	c	Sugar
1/8	ts	Yellow food colouring
1/4	ts	Orange extract
2	tb	Cornstarch
1/2	c	Water

Combine arange juice, sugar, yellow food colouring and orange extract and bring to a boil. Dissolve cornstarch in cold water. Stir into hot orange mixture. Cook and stir with a whisk until mixture is thickened and smooth. Serve as a topping for cheesecake.
